Privacy Policy

The CX3 Privacy Standard: We believe software should be a private tool. Our applications are built from the ground up to operate without data collection or user tracking.

Zero Data Policy

CX3 does not keep, store, or track any personal data. We do not maintain user accounts, tracking databases, or telemetry servers. When you use our applications on iOS or macOS, your data is yours and yours alone.

Local Storage

Everything you create in DJ SoundBox Pro, SeatCharter, or ShopperList is stored locally on your device. While you may use iCloud to sync between your own devices, CX3 has no access to your iCloud container or the files stored within it.

No External Analytics

We do not include third-party tracking scripts, advertising SDKs, or analytics packages. We do not monitor how often you use our apps or what features you interact with.

System Permissions

Permissions requested by our apps (such as the microphone for sound triggering) are processed entirely on-device. No audio data or user inputs are ever transmitted back to our studio or to any third parties.
